Slybet Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Malaysian Players

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the slybet platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Use of the slybet platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is the User's responsibility to ensure they satisfy all these requirements before registering:

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. slybet takes the protection of minors seriously. Any account found to be owned by an underage individual will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited in accordance with applicable laws.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) slybet account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to own more than one account, slybet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances including wins.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid email address, phone number, and other relevant details. slybet reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity.

3 User Account

Once your account has been successfully created, you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under it. Please take note of the following regarding the management of your slybet account:

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. slybet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login information.

3.2 Unauthorised Access Notification

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the slybet support team immediately. We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer, which is strongly recommended for all members.

3.3 Account Suspension

Slybet reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, system abuse, breach of these terms, or suspicious activity. slybet's decision in such matters is final.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Slybet offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. The following general terms apply to all slybet bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet the specified conditions for each promotion.
• Each bonus type has a wagering requirement that must be met before wins derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

6 Wagering and Game Rules

6.1 Wagering Validity

All bets confirmed and accepted by the slybet system are final and cannot be cancelled. slybet operates an automated, real-time bet processing system. Any system outcome resulting from a technical bug or system error will be reviewed and, where applicable, reversed or voided.

6.2 Game Integrity

• Exploiting system bugs or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Group betting or colluding with other players to exploit bonuses.
• Any form of fraud, deception, or attempts to mislead slybet or other players.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

9 Intellectual Property

10 Liability Limit

Slybet provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors or disruptions.

Slybet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including loss of expected wins, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond our control.

Slybet's maximum liability for any individual claim is limited to the total amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim in question.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are written in both Bahasa Melayu and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall take precedence for legal interpretation purposes.
